It was the most comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Hudson yards. Best coffee right in the hotel and a really cool bar on the 4th floor. The staff is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a room with an alcove and it was just pure bliss.

The restaurant was very buzzy and popular with a sophisticated crowd and the food was lovely.

I had a really pleasant stay in NY and this hotel. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Room was a decent size, very clean, quiet, with modern decor and a bed super comfortable. Although, the hotel does not have restaurant, but they served bagels and tea and coffee for breakfast, which was a nice addition to the entire stay. Location is excellent, walking distance from Pen Station and Time Square, you can easily get to the airport from there via public transport. The staff was very accommodating with holding my luggage, as my flight was late in the evening. Definitely value for money. Thank you to all the staff of Pestana for a making my stay stress free.
