Located at the foothills of Bel Air and adjacent to Beverly Hills, the W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills is a luxury boutique hotel that is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the... the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

Situated in Los Angeles, The Cozy Villa features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. A beautiful, cozy property! The cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding. Everything we could have needed was provided! We are so thankful for this little hidden gem that provided us with a home away from home. ❤️
