It was the first hotel I stayed in for a long time where you genuinely seemed to like your guests. I travel a lot for work and always the hotels seem to hate their guests - this was extremely pleasant.

Property was clean, extremely cool and accessible. Staff was super nice and helpful. They were all very polite and professional. I travel for work every month since years, I have never met any staff so courteous and welcoming. I wish I could go back to Dallas more often to visit again this hotel.

The staff, especially the valets were beyond helpful, everyone more than willing to help and they made you feel extremely welcomed.
