Location right in downtown dallas so everything is in walking range. Staff is honestly great, every single one of them. If i'm going back to Dallas I won't look for another place to stay as this is the best experience you can have.

Conveniently set in the center of Dallas, Thompson Dallas, by Hyatt provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting at Nine at the National. The menu was diverse and table service rather than buffet style. The servers were all very nice. The outdoor pool and gym area are great. We had cocktails in Catbird and dinner in Monarch which had amazing views. The food was delicious however you pay for this experience.

The room spacious and super clean, really good gym and the mini food store on the lobby super convenient. Wouldn’t hesitate to state here again!

This Downtown Dallas Westin is 10 minutes’ walk from Dallas city center and less than 1.2 mi from American Airlines Center. Features include a restaurant, lobby bar, and a 32nd-level indoor pool. it was so beautiful! the room and hotel were super neat and clean l! the staff was amazing! i got upgraded for our anniversary and it’s literally the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in! I’m coming back for my birthday later this year. the show was Devine! this place gets 20 stars for me
