A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

Aloft Chicago Mag Mile ligger i Chicago, 9 minuters promenad från Ohio Street Beach, och erbjuder boende med ett fitnesscenter, privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. Läget var jättebra och vi hade 2 super sköna sängar. Stort rum med kylskåp som var ett måste då vi var där i 8 nätter. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Här kommer vi bo nästa gång igen.

Bra och stort rum. Skön dusch med bra tryck. Fanns även badkar med plats för två. Mkt rent och sköna sängkläder. Fanns ett litet pentry med kaffemaskin. Bra vardagsrum. Tv i varje rum även i badrummet.

The location is perfect! Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Concierge was also very helpful to all 7 of us.

Located on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this historic luxury hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and features renowned on-site restaurants and an indoor pool with elevated... The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind. Hat off to Mark and Sian (I think that's how her name is spelled) who were particularly hospitable and make sure we were taken care of. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very nice, and the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The cherry on top is the historical indoor heated swimming pool. Such a hidden gem! We will definitely be staying here again.
