A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

Perfect location, the apartments are spacious and the bathrooms are too, but there is a problem with indirect lighting in the rooms.

Situated alongside the shopping, dining and entertainment of the famed Magnificent Mile, this boutique hotel is located in downtown Chicago and offers on-site dining and expansive meeting space. The property was Clean and quiet. Nice staff. Close by Michigan Ave. and all the shops!

Navy Pier and Oak Street Beach are just 10 minutes’ walk away. 기대했던것보다 괜찮은 조식, 일부러 찾아가긴 뭣한 스타벅스나 쇼핑거리가 관광하러 나가는 길에 있어 오히려 덤을 얻은듯한 기분으로 방문할수 있어 좋았어요. 북적이는 관광지에서 한발 물러난 거리에 있어 편안하고 좋았음.

Located on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this historic luxury hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and features renowned on-site restaurants and an indoor pool with elevated... The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind. Hat off to Mark and Sian (I think that's how her name is spelled) who were particularly hospitable and make sure we were taken care of. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very nice, and the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The cherry on top is the historical indoor heated swimming pool. Such a hidden gem! We will definitely be staying here again.
