TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charleston-West Ashley has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Charleston. Top notch lodging, and reasonable cost. Front desk staff were friendly, rooms were clean. I was surprised at the full kitchen (pretty much) but that's what they had.

Great closet and all rooms have a separate tub and shower, Their dining room is great for breakfast & lunch. If you need a quick dinner their restaurant is okay. The menu is strictly southern cooking.

The room was large and the beds were beautiful with down covers and 3 pillows each. Lovely photographs of nature on the wall and a large mirror that was a piece of furniture. We had a mini-fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was large. The breakfast was wonderful with scrambled eggs, sausage, hot waffles, and syrup, two kinds of cereal, yogurt, blueberry muffins, toast, and 3 pots of hot coffee with milk or 3 kinds of flavored creamer! You can get coffee an hour before breakfast opens which is a plus. The location is central and it adjoins a lovely marina!

The newly renovated Best Western Charleston Inn is an ideal Charleston hotel. Best Western Charleston Inn offers everything you are looking for in a Charleston hotel. The stay was really good and the stuff was very friendly especially Miss Kim. We loved her her very much!!
