Clean, lots of quirky touches, like the lighting. Nice and quiet - only noise was people on the corridors and I didn’t really notice that too much. Staff were very helpful, and the left luggage option after I checked out was brilliant to have access to! The restaurant/lounge area is beautiful and large. The location is brilliant for the North End, and if you’re travelling on from North Station as it’s almost next door.
