Especially, their menemen was so good. -Pool was being cleaned when we arrived; they take care of the facilities and it really shows -thermal pool was relaxing and fun to try -they were understanding and let us check out later than usual

The room was great, comfortable and clean. You're welcomed with a fruit, chocolate and nuts basket in the room. The breakfast was very good; it had so many varieties. Staff are friendly and fast when asked for an extra service.

Situated on the hillside of Karahayit Mountain, Spa Herakles Thermal Hotel features a unique architecture and an outdoor pool. Hotel with the best food I have ever had, hands down. Plenty of variety with delicious food. Fabulous thermal pool! Courteous staff.

Set around an extensive outdoor pool, Reis is a modern hotel situated 5 km from the travertine terraces of Pamukkale. It features an indoor thermal pool, free Wi-Fi access and free private parking. Very nice hotel and tasty breakfast. We were there during winter season and room was perfectly warm. Swimming pool with thermal water was clean. I can recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for 1 night. We were a total number of 9 guests and took 3 bedrooms. The staff was amazing and took care of our needs and even opened the pool for us at night.I would definitely stay here again and recommend all my friends to stay here when travelling pamukkale.

Situated in Karahayıt, 4 km from Travertines of Pamukkale which is a preservation area of UNESCO, Hierapark Thermal Hotel boasts an thermal indoor and outdoor pools. Actually we were a little bit confused because of the others reviews. But when we come here - in the middle of nowhere :) - we were amazed... After more than 5 hours driving the hotel welcomed us so cosy and comfortable that we just like it from first sight. Everywhere is super clean. The room is big enough - double and single bed. We took deluxe double room for 2 adults and one child for 100eur for accommodation with dinner and breakfast. It's a huge hotel with a lot of swimming pools - inside and outside. Sometimes it could be overcrowded, but the place is enough. The restaurant is comfy and with beautiful view. The nature spring and thermal pool with mineral water is splendid. There is a variety of food, not great, but OK. It is just 2 km from North gate to Pamukkale, but it's better to use the central entrance. But have in mind that the swimming area is great, the garden, the sunsets, the program every night - live music, belly dancing... Plan at least 2 nights here!

Totally renovated in 2015, this luxurious thermal hotel is located in a paeceful area in Pamukkale. Richmond Pamukkale Thermal has a garden with pine trees, outdoor pool and a spa centre. Very good choice of food at both dinner and breakfast. Comfortable bed and we were upgraded to a suite.
