The guy at the Reception (unfortunately I don´t know his name) was very helpful and knows a lot about the city and transportation Best breakfast in Turkey, we were really surprised by the variety and quality. Amazing selection of olives and cheeses, they even have a beehive with honey The hotel has a prime location near the Basane metro/rail station and also a short walk to the bazaar in Izmir

Seyda helped me organizing the driver, Ali, to have the private trips to Ephesus and the rest of 7 churches (Pergamon, Thyatira, Philadelphia and Sardis). Ali, the recommended driver, could take you to authentic places to eat the local food. He was nice, generous (providing snacks on the way) and funny. Soner helped us to get a ride to the airport on the check out day. We were taken care well. We had a great time staying in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Ufuk, the owner, made sure we got all we needed. There were some bakeries around to get fresh breads for breakfast, drug stores and mini markets to get snacks. The hotel also provided free coffee, teas in their lounge.

The hotel was well located, walking distance to Konak Pier, the bazaar and Agora and also accessible via public transport. Travel to and from the airport thrue metro and train is also convenient enough. Rooms are spacious and tidy and have all the amenities one might need. Towels always smell freshly laundered and toiletries are replenished every day. Breakfast is also ample, with good selection. The best part of our stay however was the staff. Everyone was so courteous and friendly and always ready to help. We really didnt know what to expect when we booked our Izmir stay (as this was intended mainly our base for exploring Ephesus and Pamukkale), but I must say we were pleasantly surprised. And this is in large part due to the kindness of the staff.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Perla Arya Hotel offers accommodation in Izmir. The rooms include a flat-screen TV. Staff was so helpfull ,and rooms were super clean . Deffinetely I will stay here again in my next visit :)

Located in the city centre, Ontur Izmir Otel offers luxury, spacious accommodation, top-class service and a wealth of excellent facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage. The room is big and furniture looks new. The breakfast was good. The location ia alos good.

Hotel Baylan Basmane is located in the centre of Izmir, and offers rooms with LCD TVs and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are also available. Very big room, we also have huge terrace. Very pleasure personals and great location. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is spotless. I appreciated the free bottles of water although there is a chargable mini bar in the room.
