The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the late check-out, which was graciously accepted without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a worry-free stay. Will definitely return!

Fasting while traveling can be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Miss Dilara and her manager Mr.Baris provided exceptional guest services that surpassed anything I've encountered in my travels worldwide. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Not only did they upgrade me to a sweet room, but they also made sure every aspect of my stay was seamless. The timely delivery of Iftar and Sohor meals was particularly appreciated, as it made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Overall, this hotel deserves more than just five stars. The dedication and friendliness of the staff, especially Miss Dilara and her manager Mr.Baris, truly set it apart. I have nothing but the highest praise for them and wish them all the best in their careers. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.
