Booked a smoking room by accident. When arrived at the hotel there was no non-smoking room. As a i am frequent visitor of this Hotel due to business in Istanbul, i got a free upgrade to a suite. Thats what i call great service. Everything was great during my stay as always. The suite was also very nice. Might book it again next month when coming back.
