I had a great time at your hotel! All of the staffs were very helpful, the rooms were clean and new and if I have a chance to go to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay there again. I would 100% recommend your hotel to anyone. By the way, I LOVED the bed! I have had backpain for years but the bed was terrific! I didn't have any backpain when I woke up in the morning.

This was my second time, staying in Mercure hotel... Everything was perfect, the stuff , people who work on reception are so kind and friendly. Room is comfortable and clean, its 10 of 10 !
