Standing on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok features first-rate amenities including an outdoor pool, and fitness centre. Room was very big and clean, staffs were very polite and welcoming! Had some issues with the in-room safe and the technician attended to it very promptly. Variety at breakfast was good as well. Location to the nearest BTS was a short distance away but the hotel shuttle boat service could easily make up for it. Overall a very comfortable stay, would definitely return in the future!

I had arrived really early and they accommodated me without any fuss! The rooms are lovely, large and full of sunlight! The view from the window was excellent. The property has one of the best evening events a live music band by the riverside. The food is excellent, and the hosts very polite!

Loved everything. The only minor downside was the location. Very minor, in fairness as a cab or bike will get you into the thick of things. Value for money was right up there. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was great. On site gym, if you like that sort of thing and lovely tropical garden. Will 100% go again. Staff were fabulous.
