Hotel Capitol se nahaja v neposredni bližini Univerze v Bukarešti in vrtov Cismigiu v živahnem in osrednjem delu mesta. Ponuja restavracijo. The people at the front desk were extra accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were excellent.
