Located just a 3-minute walk from Pavilion Shopping Mall, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur offers accommodations within the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. Friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, huge and luxurious rooms, rooftop bar, very personal service. Although it’s a big hotel chain, it felt like a boutique hotel. We have tried another 5 star hotel in KL during our stay, but Banyan Tree was the absolute best. The hotel is connected by a bridge to Pavilion shopping center which makes it the ideal location.

I liked everything! The incredible view, the staff is very helpful and polite, the room was top rated, I had a kettle, tea / coffee, all the toiletries! There was enough space for everything and the bathroom is modern and clean. The swimming pool was amazing, no crowds. I was lucky and I never had any queues at the lifts. There were enough of them. Plenty of eating options nearby as well as MRT station. The hotel is one of the best ones that I ever stayed at! Thank you very much!

The staff are also excellent, special mention to Zamani! He’s very helpful and professional.

A fitness room is available for guests. the room were very clean, very comfortable bed, nice lighting, it’s quiet spacious. all the amenities are provided. the restaurant also have nice food. all the staff were so helpful and friendly. it’s such great location bcs the hotel is connected to pavilion mall n im so glad i just went down to go shopping 🤭 it’s really recommended. definitely would come back again!!❤️
