Located in a vibrant district, Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur offers 5-star accommodations above the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was amazing and Botanica were so kind to make me takeaway breakfasts for the mornings where I needed to leave before 7! Cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was great. Great view of the city. Best location if you're looking to use the train.

Staff were courteous. No deniel for anything we asked related to the room service. Early check in and late check out were accepted. Location is prime and access to metro, mrt are easy.
