Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Victor Hugo consists of 2 buildings on each side of the street in the financial district about 0.6 mi from the city center. The staff were amazing especially Manon & Ivan. Exceptionally clean and pleasant decor. No restaurant but the recommended takeaway was great and we were able to eat it downstairs. Good location near the free tram stop and easy underground parking nearby. 15 minute walk to the centre.

It was clean, and an easily walkable distance from the main city centre (around a 15 min flat walk). There was also a free tram 5 mins walk from the flat. Check in was extremely easy with us being given the details 24hrs before arrival.
