They even made us a nice tea when we arrived, which was perfect to warm us up. Big up to Yun and Shin (hope I didn't make any mistakes)!! - Location was excellent, very close to the center. Next to a station as well. - Room was clean and spacious, and was actually more spacious than all our other hotel rooms. Very comfortable. - Price was good, and taking everything into account, it was excellent value for money. - Lots of restaurants or snacks nearby for when you come back after a long day. Perfect to eat and quickly be at your hotel. There were konbinis close by as well.

I asked them to book a taxy for me because i need to catch an early morning flight. Instead of booking a taxy, they drive me to Shinjuku bus terminal using a Toyota Alphard.

Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room. Highly recommend this property!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was really kind and friendly, and happy to give advice about what to do the neighbourhood.
