We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip - on the 8th and 4th floor. The room was very clean. I especially liked the floor-to-ceiling window in front of the washbasin - it’s very cool to wake up and brush your teeth with a view of the city. In addition to cleanliness, I would also like to note the soundproofing - we never heard our neighbors. The bed is comfortable, the shower products are high quality, and the hotel also provides a women's bath access, but we did not use it. The lighting in the room is also very pleasant, and you can connect to the TV using your phone and stream YouTube or Netflix. The hotel's location is perfect, a 1-minute walk from the station! Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven convenience stores, as well as Don Quijote, are also located near the hotel. I also liked that the hotel has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. The staff is very responsive!

In a good convenient area! (super close to tourist areas such as Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ikebukuro) Wifi was easy to access! And considering how close the station was, we didn’t hear anything! Towels replaced whenever we wanted which we loved! Room was cleaned every couple of days which was a bonus!

Located a 3-minute walk from JR Akabane Station, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Akabane provides modern rooms and free WiFi. Convenient transportation, There are a variety of restaurants downstairs, When you walking all day back to hotel can get a bath for relax.

The staff were kind, even though I came past their check-in time, due to getting a bit confused by Tokyo Station, but they didn't even mention it. The room was nice, clean and had a decent view, I think I was on the 9th floor. The bathroom was also nice. There were also a few convenience 24/7 stores around and enough restaurants. Oji station wasn't that far away either and only took like a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was insanely good to be honest, with enough variety and left me filled for the early day as well.
