The central location with several metro and JR stations made it easy to move around the city. The staff is very helpful and polite. We stayed for 5 days then moved to another city and when we came back to Tokyo again we stayed at this same hotel and they remembered all our requests from the first time and prepared the room for us accordingly in advance! I was also super happy with the firm bed. I forgot about my back pains for first time in a while due to the perfect bed! We also had a great city view from the window which is really rare for Japan. Other then that the room was clean and spacious, a lot of good and affordable food places nearby and a big 24h kombini right next to the hotel.

The hotel is very large and busy but the way they handle their check in process made it very efficient and organized. Good location, very short walk to 3 different train stations. Big mall with plenty of food options nearby.

Adorable hotel with an inviting International traveler vibe. We stayed, family of 4 (two kiddos under the ages of 8) and LOVED it. The staff is super helpful and the 24 hour cafe/store one the 1st floor was a godsend.

Perfect if you want a laidback feels of Japan, still very accessible to Train station both JR and subway, and some restaurants. Our pick when we went to Tokyo Dome. They change towels everyday and provide coffee cups. I enjoyed and liked the breakfast, the staff are friendly eventhough some of them cannot speak in english.

Conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Yushima Subway Station and Uenohirokoji Subway Station, Centurion Hotel Ueno offers newly renovated rooms, a cafe and free WiFi. Several things. The location was excellent. The ambiance of the property was also excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.
