HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Aspen is a 4-star hotel offering 2 in-house restaurants, massage services and free WiFi in all areas. The hotel is very close to Sapporo station, around 5-10 minutes walk away. There’s a Seico right down the street if you need any quick snacks, but they included water bottles in the fridge in my room. The staff were kind and welcoming, and they explained everything well during check-in. There’s free toiletries, which includes razors, shower caps, toothbrushes, and skin products (facial wash, toner, facial cream)! I liked how clean and organized the lobby and halls were, and I never had to wait long for the elevator. They also have a Yamato luggage forwarding counter, so you can easily ship your luggages to your next destination in Japan. The room itself was spacious, the night robes were comfortable, shower worked great, and the beds and pillows were so comfy. This was my group’s favorite hotel during our 2 week trip across Japan, and it wasn’t even the most expensive (Tokyo was). Definitely choose this hotel if you want to have a great time in Sapporo. They have great service and the quality for what you pay is great.

Room - the hotel provides you with 2 pillows which is really helpful if you are a hard-to-sleep guy. Also the bed is comfy. I love that the staff were very nice and helpful. They readily checked us in and brought out enormous amount of luggage up our rooms. They were very helpful in suggesting places to ear and booking us a cab. The room was compact but were very nice, clean. The option to get just what you need at the lobby for amenities was nice so that you’ll take just what you need. I also loved that a Family Mart branch was just around the corner for some late night emergency needs or late night snacking. They were also quick to reply when we were inquiring about an item we were looking for.
