L'Algilà Ortigia Charme, situat davant del mar, a l'illa d’Ortígia, té vista sobre el mar Jònic i ofereix habitacions elegants amb aire condicionat i mobles antics del segle XVIII. What an amazing Charme hotel. The pictures don't do it justice in my opinion as you feel welcome, cozy as well as posh all at the same time. My sister and I shared a room - so spacious (twin bed in a separate space and a queen canopy bed) and included the rooftop private patio. A bonus we did not expect! My father's room was queen and equally charming. The rooms and common areas are well-appointed. You are in a high-end place with reasonable prices- considering the location. The breakfast is amazing. The prunes- INSANE. From made-to-order omelets to fruit and meats/cheese/yogurt and beverages. 10 out of 10. The servers are top-notch and are very attentive. The front desk made several recommendations for restaurants- one, about a 5 min walk from the hotel (same street- just a few mins away) was our favorite meal. Close to everything - yet quiet and peaceful, THIS is the place to be.

Grand Hotel Des Etrangers is located in the centre of Ortigia Island and boasts beautiful sea views. It features a restaurant specialising in national cuisine. We loved the location, the view of the sea and harbour, the decor, the balconies, the bathroom and the huge bed!

Attractively set in Siracusa, palazzo salomone features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant and a garden. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice . The location is very good.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean and in the perfect location. I have stayed at four other places in Ortigia and this has become one of my favorites. Thank you. One note to anyone reading this - the breakfast was down the street at a “bar” (Italian coffeeshop). I actually liked this.

Gran Bretagna Boutique Hotel Ortigia offers traditionally furnished accommodation in Ortigia, Siracusa's historical centre. The Porto Grande harbour, with its tree-lined promenade, is 100 metres away.... Great location, perfect breakfast and stuff

Beautiful, magical, comfortable place. Epic breakfast on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Very helpful, warm and kind staff who went above and beyond.

Offering a rooftop terrace and glass elevator with sea views, the Grand Hotel is next to the main harbour and a 5-minute walk from the Aretusa Fountain. Luxury atmosphere immediately when stepping in. Front desk staff very helpful, solving many transportation problems. Nice room and bath, impeccable clean. Everything 5 stars, and so was breakfast. Hot items made to order, otherwise good buffet. The breakfast was served on top floor restaurant, with awesome sea view. Location was perfect on the northern tip of Ortigia, short walk to main sights and many restaurants.

L'Hotel Gargallo es troba al bell mig del centre històric de Siracusa, la bonica illa d'Ortigia. Les habitacions són espaioses i elegants. The accomodation was very good, spacious, clean. Located in a very nice and quite neightbor, which is highly valuable. The staff was helpfull and services great. Definitively a place to repeat.
