It’s not our first time in the hotel and it was so lovely that the hotel personnel prepared the same room for us (in which we stayed last time) with a gorgeous panoramic view! We felt very special and welcomed here! Also the staff was very professional and responsive, loved it!

Just 220 yards from St Peter’s Basilica, Sant’Anna Hotel is a 17th-century building offering elegant rooms and interiors in central Rome. Wi-Fi is free and a varied continental breakfast is available.... Everything - large, pretty, immaculate room, comfortable bed and good shower. The staff was welcoming and helpful. (When the battery in our room vault died, it was attended to very early the next morning as promised.) The breakfast was excellent. This was the first time that we have stayed in this quarter of Rome and we found it a good central point. While there were crowds in Vatican Square during the daytime, the area was very tranquil and beautiful in the evening.

Wake up to the impressive sight of Castel SantAngelo when you stay at Roma dei Papi. This small hotel guarantees an excellent service in the popular Prati area of Rome. Great location within walking distance of a lot of main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, particularly Nicola, who graciously waited for us to check in at 3 am, displaying exceptional hospitality.

Everything was FANTASTIC! Many beautiful and positive things can be mentioned, but only a few are: Great breakfast. Friendly staff at breakfast. Friendly, fair and professional staff at the Reception. Extremely clean rooms, bed linen changed every day! The location of the hotel is extremely good - all metro and bus lines are about 100-200 meters from the hotel, and thus there is a connection with the whole city, especially for visits to the Vatican and/or the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trestevere quarter, etc. You can even go on foot. Possibility to have a very tasty and, if desired, lunch and/or dinner as part of half or full board. Fantastic separate area for smokers in the garden of the hotel. All the information needed for a tour of the city are provided by the friendly staff at the hotel reception. The refund of the deposit against damage to the room is the same day after check-out from the hotel. Possibility of organized and reserved transportation to and from the airport. by reserving the hotel, You get a luxurious and private transport from the airport to the hotel, etc., etc. fantastic Hotel Ottaviano Augusto! It should be a 4 stars (****) hotel! We highly recommend staying in this Hotel!!
