Hotel New Salus is located in a northern suburb of Milan, 656 feet from Affori Centro Metro Station, on Milan's yellow line. Rooms are on the first floor, and most come with private bathroom. A quaint quiet hotel in the suburbs of Milan, where you can live amongst the locals. The hotel is family run, and they are super sweet. They let me check in at around 9am with no extra charge as I had arrived by overnight train and was exhausted. They spoke no English but were very kind and made every effort to help and used Google translate when necessary. They greeted me every time I came downstairs, and gave me hot coffee and croissant for breakfast with a smile. I'm pretty sure I was the only guest here, as I never saw anyone else. The mattress was a highlight as it was memory foam and really helped me sleep well. They also had AC in the room (at no extra charge). There are public transport stops nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, very comfy and I would come back))

The room was quite large, the air conditioning was great, bathroom was clean and also quite good. Overall, I recommend in Milan, especially that there's metro 5 minutes away and a great place to eat breakfast near by which was quite cheap compared to the places near Duomo and also very tasty
