This family-owned Hotel Oswaldo is peacefully located in tranquil suburban surroundings, halfway between the airport and Budapest’s centre. The guest house provides free parking on site. It was a business trip, so I chose this hotel because of the location in the first place, plus the reviews were very promising. And I wasn't disappointed. Before my arrival I indicated to the owner that I need a quite room with strong WiFi (I had to hold an important meeting online as well). He took this into consideration and gave me a room next to the router which I really appreciated. Also, he brought every extra item I needed into my room (like electric tea pot, cup, plate etc.) and was very helpful in general throughout my whole stay. In addition, it was very convenient that the owner speaks perfect German and English. About the location: almost next to the hotel there's a tram stop (4 min. walk). 30-40 min. ride - and you're right in the center of Budapest! The hotel gives the vibes of a family home, and I could see that the owner really cherishes this place and cares for the comfort of his guests. I can only imagine how beautiful this hotel looks during summer when the yard is all green and blooming. If I come back to the Budapest, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Excellent apartment located in a very quiet area of Budapest, which is ideal when wanting to relax after a day of sightseeing in the city. Spacious living/dining room with kitchen containing all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient for motorists, as you can park your car on the premises, behind a closed gate. The host met me personally with the keys and explained everything about the apartment etc. What I found very useful was the booklet with all necessary information about the area, shops, buses, pharmacies, public transport, ticket machines etc. & how to best reach the city center - although my personal recommendation here is buses 54 or 55 (3 mins from the apartment) and then change to tram no. 2, which goes along the bank of the Danube. Finally, my personal favourite - the souvenir & snack cupboards in the apartment itself :) An ingenious idea - if for some reason you forget or don't have time to purchase a snack, drink or Budapest souvenir, you can purchase from a wide range offered by the hosts :) Overall, highly recommened. Will gladly stay again if ever in Budapest.

The hotel is owned by a very sympathetic couple. We arrived late in the evening, but received a warm welcome. The room is very nice and cozy, well-equipped, and air-conditioned. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. There's an American-style pub on the property with good beer and perfect pizza. Having private parking is a significant advantage.

The owner was extremely polite and kind , and arranged for his friend to ring back regarding the location . Pizza place and Hungarian pub a few steps away, bus stops also

A recently renovated apartment located in Budapest, White House Apartman Budapest features a garden. Noemi was my host and the apartment was neat & clean, spacious, fully equipped for family vacations. It had 2 private bedrooms, a common bathroom, and a hall with a sofa-bed. The kitchen has a fridge, dinning table, gas stove, toaster, and oven etc. The thermostat is located on the kitchen desk. Wifi's availability and speed was extremely good throughout the House. You can park the car inside the house garage. The english speaking host was quick in communication and reachable for any help.
