Especially staff’s hospitality, welcoming and caring atmosphere from arrival to departure. Best milk coffee I had in Zagreb. Surprisingly reasonable price for their quality of service and accommodation. Beautiful historical building used to be a bank. I would love to come back again.

Location is very central, less than 10 minute walk to the central square at the heart of Zagreb (Ban Jelacic square). Less than 5 minute walk to the Art Pavilion. The staff are awesome and very helpful, they assisted me with booking a bus trip to the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Whole staff is amazing. Very comfortable stay. Close to the city center. All you practically need is close by. I really loved this hotel.
