This hotel is a hidden gem. My wife and I stayed in a well appointed room on the top floor with a huge covered terrace, a two person jetted tub and a very large interior space. It's located near the beach and several fun restaurants. It's clearly a boutique hotel so don't expect a pool or gym. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this facility to any romantic couple looking for an interesting and fun place to stay near the beach.

4-star boutique Tropical Hotel is located on the coastal avenue, 1640 feet from Alimos' marina and 2.5 mi from Flisvos' marina. The sea view was magnificent! The location is great, close to the sea, beach + public transportation. The room was spacious, housekeeping came every day with new towels. Breakfast buffet was delicious, good coffee. Front desk staff - professional, ready to help. Especially the front desk representative Yiannis, he always greeted us when we returned, very friendly! The bus station is 15 meters away, very close to hotel, we could easily take a bus to the city center, also to the airport. Loved it!

The location , the breakfast was super and the lady at the breakfast was very helpful and polite , my room was at the top floor with nice sea view!

Magnificent Riviera Residence offers accommodations in Athens, a 14-minute walk from Alimos Beach and 1.4 miles from Edem Beach. I LOVED this place. Could not recommend it enough. There is seriously every amenity you could ever want: hair dryer, washing machine, huge balcony, tide pods, waterfall shower, etc. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and kind and went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I had the best stay. I am a solo female traveler and felt safe the entire time here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the views from the balcony were unmatched. There was also a very nice living room/kitchen space that made for an amazing TV and eating area. It was very easy to get to Athens and a beach from here. There is easy to use public transport nearby and a beach is in walking distance. It looks exactly like the pictures and has such a clean and new feel to it. It even smelled clean and fresh! Overall, the place was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for an extremely nice place to stay with incredible hosts, this is your place!!!
