Very good location, easy access to city center, buses just around the corner, takes 25 minutes to The Princess Street. There is also bus to the Airport, right next to the hotel. Very quite location, we did not here any noice. There is supermarket ALDI cca 300 metres on Commercial street and many pubs and restaurants. Comfortable bed, English breakfast, nice and clean hotel. Recommend.

I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially the manager, who went out of their way to assist and organize everything for our trip. Recognizing it was our first visit to Scotland, the manager kindly provided me with valuable travel information and recommendations for sightseeing, which was an unexpected and excellent touch. Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

Was very happy with the place. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

La casa es muy cómoda, es espaciosa, y es tal y como está descrita en el anuncio. Tiene cafeterías, pastelerías, todo tipo de negocios porque es una zona de viviendas y un supermercado justo debajo del apartamento que abre a las 7 de la mañana y cierra a las 11 de la noche.
