The customer service at this hotel was exceptional! Everyone was absolutely wonderful and kind and friendly. The petite room is a little small for 2 friends, okay for a couple or single. The standard room was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was simple but wonderful and delicious. When it was time to leave Paris, leaving this hotel was the saddest part! Loved our stay and if I ever came back to Paris, I would 100% stay here again.

This is a great boutique hotel that is close to the Metro, has a great bar area and extremely helpful staff. There are fun events in the bar area planned for every night if you wanted to stay in for a low key night. The hotel is extremely clean, with fresh towels each day and a tightly made bed! For North American visitors - the beds are very comfortable, there is AC individually controlled per room, the room is decently sized for a Paris hotel and the washrooms are big - you can’t go wrong with this hotel choice.

Hotel Joke – Astotel sijaitsee Pariisin 9. kaupunginosassa, vain 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Moulin Rougesta. Hotellissa on 24h-vastaanotto ja concierge-palvelu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The snacks offered during the day was a very nice touch too. Daily replenished soft drinks in the room where very needed too. Rooms had USB outlets on both sides of a bed, which was quite nice, especially because the electric outlets do not necessarily match ones at home.

The flower shop/lobby is gorgeous! Staff were very kind and helpful. My room was beautiful with many thoughtful touches (ionized water, loose tea, tea kettle, bathrobe).
