They really went out of their way to answer each and every question, provide suggestions, and even help us with our "intermediary level" Spanish. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and even though the rooms are very comfortable, what make this hotel really stand out, is it's people. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping, they all make you feel so welcome. Consistent behaviour, discrete, well trained, and really going beyond what is expected of them. Kudos to Adrià and Davinia! Navštíviť môžete posilňovňu, vonkajší bazén a slnečnú terasu. it was well laid out, clean and so comfortable. staff were so good to everyone who asked questions and advice. Charlie who works in the snack bar was just a great guy who managed to russle up tea and toast on our second evening for my sick mum.

Hotel Silken Puerta Valencia sa nachádza 5 minút chôdze od štadióna Mestalla vo Valencii a 15 minút chôdze od umelecko-vedeckého centra Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Everything. We liked one man at the reception who dealt immediatelly with totally minor issues which came up. We were delighted by the idea of cleaning our windscreen before we set off. That was really sweet :)

Ponúka fitnescentrum a bezplatné Wi-Fi vo všetkých priestoroch. it was super clean and everyday Rocio was making my room nice and neat - she was super friendly as well! reception were super helpful and the hotel is very close to the Arts and Science buildings and 20-30 min from the beach. quite close by car to city center. room had anything you might need and the ac was nice and cool
