I will always remember my visit to Valencia with the best memories and emotions because of the people. Especially at the Sercotel Valencia Alameda, staff made us feel so welcome, not only within the hotel but to the city as well. They really went out of their way to answer each and every question, provide suggestions, and even help us with our "intermediary level" Spanish. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and even though the rooms are very comfortable, what make this hotel really stand out, is it's people. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping, they all make you feel so welcome. Consistent behaviour, discrete, well trained, and really going beyond what is expected of them. Kudos to Adrià and Davinia!
