Clean & Comrort & 15 mins from Airport & close to a big mall! Amazing helpful staff! I asked a hlep to store my laugaage before my check in date, and they accepted for a free of charge. I really appreciate it Mr Mohamed, receptionist, was very kind to received us at a midight. Very helpful. Even he helped us a packed breakfast which is not an option. I love the bed & blanket. So light & comfortable. Spacious simple room. 15 mins from the aiport. I used a pickup service. Resppnosble driver. In general, I had a good rest.

We booked this hotel last minute after arriving in Cairo and finding that our actual hotel was not suited to our needs. Upon arrival we had English speaking staff and were assigned a member of staff for any queries. A big thank you to Ahmed, Mohamed Amer and Yusuf who are a credit to Ramage. Without their assistance we would have struggled a lot. We came during a low-season so there was no buffet but the menu was fine and the staff helped explain anything we didnt understand on the menu. There were weddings taking place when we were at the hotel. The staff ensured that the rooms around us were not used longer than necessary so we could have a good night's sleep. We often left the hotel to visit friends or sites and the staff were very helpful in ensuring Uber drivers had detailed information regards the location: they would speak to them on the phone if required as we did not have conversational Arabic. They also gave us a call on the day we left to ensure we don't get late. The hotel is clean and towels were changed daily. We also liked the lovely animal shapes that were left on the bed using the towels! There was also a seperate pool towel and the bathroom was equipped with essentials. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, felt welcome and hope to retutn in the near future. Thank you everyone!

Super clean hotel Great area- by City Star Mall Nice pool Incredible staff Alaa, Mustafa, Fateemah (housepkeeping), etc etc.. they were super attentive and helpful. We got the Imperial Suite which was beyond our expectations 5☆☆☆☆☆

Offering a water park, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre, Tolip Sports City and Aqua Park is located in Cairo just 2 km from Cairo Festival City. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Very good breakfast. Enjoyed it.

במלון אל מאסה (Al Masa Hotel Nasr City) יש טרסה עם בריכת שחייה. הוא ממוקם באזור הירוק של העיר נאסר (Nasr City), ויש בו 5 מסעדות ומרכז בריאות. לכל החדרים האלגנטיים יש מרפסת. The Friendly Staff ,, Ms. Omnia Samir was really helpful and friendly.
