Location was very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb…so many options and well made and prepared food!!!! The receptionist, Polina, was phenomenal. I travelled alone with two small children and I felt so comfortable and safe because she helped me. She made my check in super easy, assisted me with all questions I had about the area, and helped me when I left as well. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also so attentive and welcoming. The food I ate (dinner, cocktails, and breakfast) was superior. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Thank you for the great reception and for the warm hospitality. The best hotel in terms of customer service I have ever had in 7 years of German travel.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a estação central de trem. Os funcionários falam muito bem o inglês e são muito prestativos. O quarto é bem limpo, organizado e aconchegante. Mercure Stuttgart City Center is a 4-star hotel is near the main shopping and pedestrian area in central Stuttgart. we stayed for 1 night. the location is ok. our room got upgraded. the bed was comfortable.
