The location is beautiful, you can just walk in any direction and enjoy the city. The staff were wonderful. We had valet parking, and they were also super helpful with our luggage, and later when we realized we had forgotten something in the car it was no problem for them to help us retrieve it. The bar staff in the lobby lounge bar were great, and so were the drinks. We ate at Atlantic Grill & Health. Lovely meal, and super service. The room was fantastic, and the bed, the pillows, the duvet covers, it was amazingly comfortable 😊

This aparthotel is centrally located in Hamburg, just 300 metres from the Hamburg Main Station and 900 metres from the Mönckebergstraße, a popular shopping street. It was really good experience. Location was perfect, you can walk to many places easily. Room was clean, modern, new with comfortable bed. Staff were really nice and polite, especially Mr. Dirk. He was incredibly nice and very helpful! Thanks again!

This 4-star hotel is located directly opposite Hamburg Main Station. Built in 1925, Hotel Europäischer Hof offers classic-style rooms with soundproofing. First of all the rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. The staff is extremely helpful and polite towards the guests. I personally recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Germany. The breakfast is delicious, the concierge is very helpful, the minibar has everything you need regarding refreshments and the tidying up of the room is perfect.

Named after the German word for ruby and boasting a red theme throughout, the 4-star superior ARCOTEL Rubin offers free WiFi and spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs. It lies in Hamburg's lively St. The room was extremely spacious (on both trips) and very, very comfortable; the location is great in terms of accessing public transport, not that great if you want to walk around by yourself later in the day - I personally didn't feel unsafe but then I am a 1.87m tall male. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast very good, a bit cramped in terms of tables and visitors maybe, but overall excellent value for money - certainly my first choice for my next stay in Hamburg

Occupying a century-old town house, this hotel guarantees a quiet night’s sleep, while being only 10-minutes’ walk from Hamburg’s heart with its stylish shopping streets, attractions and main train... The staff, both morning and night, is amazingly fabulous. Wonderful hospitality! It is a short walk from central train station and also bus station (ZOB). The area was a bit rowdy at night as we were there during the Easter break. Plenty of food nearby and we especially love a bread shop, which we frequented for bread. Rooms are spacious. There is a lovely warm living room for our group to chill after a day of walking and sight-seeing.

The staff is exceptional, the room is divine, the bed is the most comfy bed ever! and the breakfast was like a dream! perfect cappuccino! Big compliments to the chef and staff! 10/10!
