Attractively situated in Hamburg, The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. Breakfast was great, atmosphere and decor was amazing. Location made it easy to get around by foot.

The service was exceptional. Justina and her colleague Fabian made us feel welcome and was very helpful and professional. The location is excellent. While in the Old Town section, the S-Baun stop is literally across the street. It is two stops to the main rail station and two stops the other direction for the harbor which is the hub for many tourist attractions. Less than a block behind the hotel are two good restaurants. The hotel itself has a lavish formal resturant. The hotel is like a palace inside and out, being an adaption of a government building from the early 1900s. No two guest rooms are alike and have unique layouts and designs. The room included a combined washer/dryer in addition to a free laundry room. The tasteful sauna includes a changing room, cool-down relaxation room, and gym. When you take into account all the free extras, service, location, and architecture, it was well worth any slight premium.

Excellent location in walking distance of the train station, old town and Elbphilharmonie.

Lovely relaxed environment in the lounge and breakfast room. Unique to this hotel is its free evening supper provided for travellers who are just too tired to go out for a meal. Breakfast excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff always friendly. We loved the 1950’s-60’s decor! A real Hamburg feel and definitely value for money✅

This 4-star hotel offers modern rooms, an elegant restaurant and rooftop terrace with panoramic city views. The facilities, for example the clean and comfortable bed, the beautiful and orderly bathroom, this room has all the neccessary equipments and very nice view. Everythings hier are worth the money I spent, next time when I come to Hamburg, this hotel will be my first place for stop ❤

The property was great everything you need is available! Perfect for a family, stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Such as ac in the living room which was amazing. However, no ac in the bedroom. We had to leave the bedroom door open. Cooking, laundry facilities is available in apartment. Perfect location everything is nearby. The accessibility to the building is secured, key card is need to open the door. The property was very clean.
