The mains sockets are plentiful and near the bed. The free WiFi is totally usable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Extra points for the bar inside.

Outstanding European breakfast! Super friendly and above average staff!

Slept like a baby even tho it was a Saturday night on Reeperbahn . Grab yourself an Astra and don’t hesitate on this spot.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.
