This boutique hotel is located in Essen’s trendy Rüttenscheid district, a 5-minute walk from the Grugahalle and Essen’s exhibition center. The room was modern and spacious, even with air conditioning. The hotel was quiet and our baby of 10 month slept perfectly. Usually we never book breakfast and just find something outside but in this case we are glad we last minute decided to add breakfast to our booking. It was very clean and there was definitely something for everyone. We would come back here anytime.

Hotel an der Gruga is located in the south of Essen, about 25min by car from Düsseldorf airport and just 5min walking distance from my company‘s office.
