The staff was super cool and friendly. I felt like I talked to another staff member behind the bar every time I went inside and every single interaction was great. This unique hotel is located in a building with six floors which was once Europe’s tallest building. The Premier Inn Köln City Mediapark offers spacious rooms. Location was nice Could check in early and got a room upgrade Spacious room with all amenities just what we needed

The staff was super friendly - I was travelling to Cologne for a concert i got gifted for my birthday. The staff made it very special, brought me the cutest cake and a lovely card. The room was lovely and the hotel easy to access. The breakfast was a really nice buffet ! A lovely view on the park with people playing and walking their dogs.
