Absolutely gorgeous. Well-appointed. Hostess was so hospitable. Would stay again! Note for folks without a car: this property is in Wehlen, a town outside of Bernkastel. It’s a bit tough to get to from the train (Wittlich). The property was wonderful but you should know it’s a little tough to get around. The hosts were VERY helpful in getting us around. There is a bus but we took the boat into the town - very easy and beautiful.

The house was very nice and pleasant. Also the garden, although due to bad weather we could not enjoy it, however we enjoyed the view of the garden from the house. The location was also very good for us.

Location was wonderful, the kitchen was equipped with basics (salt,pepper etc) and we forgot some clothes and she mailed them to us. Big plus on that! Nice shower, cozy outdoor area to sit at and very helpful with tips for things to see around the area
