El apartamento era súper grande y cómodo y la cocina estaba súper equipada. El anfitrión nos dejó vino y snacks de bienvenida. Volvería mil veces a este lugar. Además la ubicación está muy bien conectada por todos los medios de transporte

This hotel offers a peaceful park setting in Berlin’s Weißensee district, a direct tram ride from Alexanderplatz. It features modern rooms with free minibar, and a restaurant with beer garden. The gym was nice. I didn't get to use the sauna but I assume they are great too. Would have been nice to use a pool, but none available. Happy to stay again when next I visit Berlin. Great facility!

Great apartment design with plenty of space to entertain. Host was excellent with communication, no problems encountered on arrival or throughout stay. Perfect location only a short tram ride into the city centre, tram stop less than a 4 minute walk away. Bedrooms both had plenty of space and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with enormous shower space.

The simple decor exuded a cozy charm, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. From the well-appointed kitchen to the serene bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Despite its central location, the property was remarkably quiet, allowing for peaceful relaxation after busy days. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future. Ancient 33sqm 2room maisonette apt Near center se encuentra en Berlín, a 3,7 km de Estación de metro Alexanderplatz y a 4,1 km de Alexanderplatz, y ofrece alojamiento con equipamiento como wifi gratis... We very much enjoyed the stay in this modern tastefully decorated and equipped apartment combining raw materials (bare steel staircase and timber) and standard modern housing. Even various small details made our stay comfortable and feeling like at home (dish washer capsules in stock, HDMI cable for attaching the laptop to the TV available etc.). The apartment is quiet, placed in a yard, though located in a quite busy suburban area. On street parking a few corners away was not a problem. Tram stop nearby - just a short walk to the nearest crossroad with a comfortable 15-minute public transport trip to the city center. Will be happy to come back again.
