From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Läget är fantastiskt mitt inne i Gamla Stan. Fick väldigt bra hjälp av receptionen i vissa frågor och Angie hjälpte oss mycket

The wifi was one of the fastest in Colombia and the shower was just amazing.

An amazing location location - I think it's in the prettiest part of the walled city, though everything (including Getsemani) is within a ten-minute walk, or so. The entire facility is remarkably clean and the flowers are beautiful! Our visit featured an excellent (with a diversity of offerings) breakfast and ridiculously friendly restaurant staff. Honestly, we preferred this breakfast (food and vibe) to our four-star hotel.
