We both arrived jet lagged and ill; the concierge was extraordinarily helpful, kind and considerate with our recovery, including preparing a light dinner when the restaurant was closed! We have seldom received this much care at any hotel. We can strongly recommend The Orchids for your next trip to Bogota!
