The manager Mark was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The hotel had a relaxed, happy vibe and a great atmosphere. The traditional houtong layout of rooms around the courtyard was very interesting to experience. Also the area it is in is great with a local neighbourhood feel and lots of good restaurants.

They have a nice reception area, a hutong on the ground floor and even one room with a personal terrace. Staying there makes you feel like in the old time of Beijing. You do not feel the noise and stress of the city and there are so many nice bars and restaurants around. Most of the staff speaks very well English, in particular at the reception. They all are extremely caring and friendly, all very good hosts- at the forefront is Gaby to be mentioned-

The Hotel employee are very friendly and helpful. From the moment you step into the hotel you feel the warmth from the staff making sure you have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Got a lovely and delicious xmas cake left in the room when we're back to the hotel on Xmas eve was a great surprise. Special thanks to the Guest Experience Team for making our stay enjoyable!

Didn't opt for the breakfast but ending up having it more than we anticipated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife forgot a bag in a taxi and they helped to retrieve it.
