In the reception, these is a Japanese lady helped us to do checkin, who is really kind and patient, with offering all info that we needed, including parking area, public transport, sightseeing area... etc. Aroud the hotel, you can find supermarket, several restaurant, cafe, it has a great location outside of the downtown Lucerne. In the room, the space is well designed with taste, a large shower space is a Plus. Highly recommended.

The Ibis Luzern-Kriens offers a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 motorway and only a few minutes away from Lucerne. The staff are very welcoming, with a great location with secure reasonable parking available. The room was spacious and clean.

The Sonnenberg Hotel in Kriens offers panoramic views over Lake Lucerne, the mountains and the forest, a Nespresso machine in every room, seasonal cuisine and free WiFi. Stunning views! I don't think you can find a better place to admire the lake and the proximity of the mountains. They allow dogs.
