Esta elegante villa goza de una ubicación privilegiada sobre Locarno y ofrece una pileta al aire libre con vistas panorámicas del lago Mayor. - located a little far away from the center enough to enjoy some peace and quiet - incredible reception by the staff with a great tour around the hotel upon our arrival - an upgrade that was incredibly generous - breakfast was delicious and a huge thank you to mr Francois for his huge help and hospitality - the views from the room were amazing - most amenities including the shower, fridge and oven are more than what you need - marvellous jacuzzi to enjoy

La Barca Blu ofrece vistas al lago Maggiore y se encuentra en una colina sobre Locarno, a 5 minutos a pie del funicular de Locarno. Hay wifi gratis. The staff were very helpful, especially with the bus system. The walk down from the hotel to the lake was entertaining in and of itself. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The house was real house, not a cheap made B&B house for rent. I respect the works they put in the house. The view was spectacular. The location is just wonderful in a small town above Locarno. They have parks, and a grocery store where they sell fresh pastry. There are cafes and reasonable restaurants in the area, too. Our kids went crazy using buses and cable cars to go back and forth between the Locarno city centre and the lake. Thank you!
