My family and I we had a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities are really nice, we especially appreciated the lovely garden/patio, a very pleasant space to enjoy the nice weather and have a cup of coffee. The hotel is not that close to the Old Town, in our case since it was rather hot and we were with senior people we uber there, easy and not too expensive, but you can easily walk since is not more than 20 minutes away. Breakfast was OK, not too many options in terms of hot food but it does.the job. Nothing really to complain about La Pergola, we would come back for sure!

The location is very good, just 5 minutes away from Bern train station. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is done every day and free water is available on every floor. There are fountains you can buy. Additionally, the hotel provides a safety glass water bottle throughout your stay.

El Hotel Ambassador lo reformó en 2013 el famoso arquitecto Ali Tayar, se encuentra en una zona tranquila, a 7 minutos en transporte público del centro de Berna, y ofrece estacionamiento subterráneo... The hotel room was very clean & spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

El Eigerplatz se encuentra en el distrito Mattenhof-Weissenbühl de Berna, cerca del Parlamento de Berna, y ofrece terraza, wifi gratis y lavarropas. Uschi was an excellent host who was very accommodating in terms of checkin/checkout times. The unit was about a 13 min easy walk from the station. Once inside the unit was great, well equiped and clean. Uschi explained what sites were close by and other general tips, and really helped make our stay in Bern enjoyable! Thanks Uschi 😊

La habitación bastante amplia y comoda. El desayuno era saludable servido en una hermosa vajilla. La casa es hermosa, Sonia y su esposo tienen antigüedades lo que la hace unica e interesante.
