Staff; Suite was great with everything you need, very clean. Staff was excellent. Well situated for restaurants. Urban Fare market across the street was handy.

Warm, welcoming and unapologetically ‘old school’ hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff at all hours of the day. Clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Breakfast overlooking English Bay was a highlight. We were only there due to awkward layover timing (18 hours) but loved our stay.
