A fantastic art deco gem of a hotel, a few meters from the Pelourinho. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic roof bar and pool with wonderful views over the bay of Salvador and sunsets. Bedroom on 7th floor was very comfortable and spacious, with partial views of the bay. Breakfast, although not a buffet, was excellent with a good choice and efficient. Dinner in the hotel had the best Moqueca of my visit to Brazil. We spent our last few days in Brazil here and loved every minute of it. Highly recommended.

Boasting an excellent location in the historical center of Salvador, the Colonial Chile Hotel combines the charm of a traditional colonial building with modern amenities in its guestrooms. The staff were warm and welcoming 🙏🏾 The room was wonderful with it having two floors in the room so you can chill out in the living area before going upstairs to bed. The room also Had a balcony area. Beautiful views throughout the hotel especially in the space for breakfast, breakfast was top quality and the kitchen staff were also very lovely. It was a lovely stay and we will be back

The apartment had everything we needed and more and with a unique decor unlike any we have seen. Lots of character and vibrant to always keep you in a good mood! highly recommend!

Right in the heart of Salvador's historic district a close walk to the iglesia Sao Francisco and local life. The bed and accommodations were perfect for our short stay (A/C, shower, bed comfy enough, and excellent host)
