The Crowne Plaza Hotel Bahrain is perfectly located in central Manama area near Exhibition road, close to some of the city’s most popular attractions like the Avenues Mall, and only 10 minutes from... I arrive late evening in 15th of Sep, and I should travel in the afternoon of 16th, I have to complete a Covide test for the traveling. The front desk team led by Kareem did a fantastic job contacting many hospitals until they could secure a booking in the hospital for the test. For me, this is a massive extra mile to make your customer happy; I will tell this story to all my friends and my families as this is one of the best customer service and commitment.
